Refund and Returns Policy – One Eye Fox

At One Eye Fox, customer happiness is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with the return or exchange process.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Requests made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for processing.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The original brand tags must be intact and must not be removed or damaged.

  • The product must be returned in its original company packaging or cover.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

  • Please take clear photographs of the damage immediately.

  • Upload the images to our official Return or Exchange page for our team to review.

  • Once reviewed, we will assist you with a replacement or a resolution.

4. Refunds and Sale Items

  • Standard Products: Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Offer Sale Products: Items purchased under an “Offer Sale” are not eligible for a refund.

  • Exchanges for Sale Items: Offer sale products may only be exchanged for a different size or item, subject to current stock availability.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable.

  • Shipping charges for the return process will be deducted from your final refunded amount.
